So. Yeah. Twisted my ankle. It’s not bad–or rather, it could have been much, much worse–but it still limits me in unexpected ways. You’d think a bum ankle wouldn’t adversely affect drawing cartoonish characters, even as badly as I draw, but you’d be wrong. Just ask David Morgan-Mar at the fantastic webcomic “Dinosaur Whiteboard” (among others): he doesn’t even draw that strip, just writes dialogue on a whiteboard and takes pictures of it, and a couple of broken toes has had him off his game for over a week!
