I can’t get my head around how anyone is possibly losing to him. Except Cruz. I totally get why Cruz is losing, even to Trump.

Drumpf has one YUUUGE factor going for him: 90% of his publicity is free. He got his message spread far and wide by constantly saying outrageous things that the news would cover, and people would share. Sure, many of those shares were to mock or express anger. But the word still spread.
Being a candidate is all about the exposure and the name recognition. Drumpf has that in spades.
