Check out “Geekling Creations,” the vendor featured here (full disclosure: she’s my S.O.!). She makes amazing Nerf gun mods, including the one that so fascinates X. The work is beautiful, and the idea was brilliant. It does not, however, have a stash of weed in the handle. Alas.
