When I was sent to the principal’s office, I honestly had no idea why I was there. I thought my teacher would be proud of me because I was able to estimate 1000 divided by 365 in my head, but instead she sent me to the office (for the first time in my life). The only thing that made any sense was that I was being punished for not getting the exact answer.
